Built on 20+ years inside the game
With over 20 years of experience coaching in the lower leagues, I know first hand that grassroots isn’t always happy. It’s scrappy and discouraging for volunteers.
They want to coach, not manage.
Unruly parents, fundraising and behaviour management weren’t part of the deal. On-pitch training is limited.
Off pitch training doesn't exist, certainly not for free.
I created Happy Grassroots to change that.
